I've conducted search queries on Google Search and other search engines, but couldn't find the exact solution to this problem. I recommend checking the built-in documentation because a software of this importance must have documentation regarding the way the functions have to be used.
I made a 2D simulation which has x and y coordinate, and did not set up any value for the z coordinate. Do you know what is the build in value of the z coordinate?

I recommend checking the manuals for this operation. You can get them using the official website of the developer, but the only thing that's required is a username and password which you should have since you're using their software. I have tried to get the solution from other sources, but I couldn't find anything particular.

Yes, you can import a 3D doping profile in Silvaco Atlas. In fact, there is a discussion on this feature at the official website. Access the website and then read downwards to see exactly how it should be done. Make sure to follow the discussion carefully.
I am running Mixedmode with a cylindrical atlas device. In my SPICE-like circuit description, I have already used the cylindrical options:
.options CYLINDR
However, when I run the simulation, the following error occurred:
Error: Electrode # 1, SOURCE , has zero thickness.
A DEVICE3D electrode must have an associated thickness.
The SOURCE electrode is defined in Atlas as:
ELECTRODE NUMBER=1 NAME=SOURCE R.MIN=7 R.MAX=8 A.MIN=40 A.MAX=50 Z.MIN=-0.11 Z.MAX=0
What could be the problem? Thank you.

Additionally look through the documentation provided by the developers on the following page: https://dynamic.silvaco.com/dynamicweb/silen/
